Duties & Responsibilities
Our duties include preparing the altar for Holy Communion, preparing for Baptisms, keeping the brass clean, and cleaning the linens used in our various services. We work one at a time for a one week period, usually Saturday through Friday.
We are a small and dedicated guild. We would love to share information with anyone that might like to consider joining us in this special area of service to our Lord and to our parish. Please feel comfortable in speaking to Mary-Ellen Yaroshefski or any member of the Altar Guild, or call the Parish Office for more information.
The choir also participates at some other services as needed due to holiday or occasion. Some individual members of the choir also participate in the Ecumenical Christmas Choir in Milford.
We meet in the Church on one evening a week, 7:30 to 9:00 PM, and Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM. (Choir rehearsal is usually Tuesday, but sometimes changes to accommodate the organist’s schedule.) For more information, reach out to Randy Bloom or Mary Frances Best.
To realize our greatest year ever, the children need a commitment from their parents to attend rehearsals.
The music leadership on Christmas Eve at 4pm will be provided entirely by the children!
If you (or your child/children) are interested, please see Beth Stochaj or contact the Parish Office.
Eucharistic Ministers and Lay Readers
Training and support is always provided. Click here to view detailed Lay Reader Notes.
This is a unique opportunity that offers great personal meaning to anyone who participates. Schedules of rotation are generally revised every six months. Trinity is blessed to have an average of 10-12 volunteers for each of the Sunday services year round.
Please contact Peach Warren at 508-330- 0988 for more information or to participate.
