Welcome to Trinity Church in Milford. Wherever you find yourself on your faith journey, you will find companions here. We are share a passionate commitment to serving our community and to growing in our faith. Most of us live within about ten miles of the church and many of us work in the surrounding towns near Boston, Providence, and Worcester. We share deep and longstanding friendships, and there is always room for new people to join us for worship, learning, fellowship and community service. Although our building is closed during the mandates related to COVID-19, it is ordinarily a busy place where community groups meet every day of the week and where we serve community dinners during the last week of every month. The Gospel message of compassionate justice and trust in the Holy Spirit are the foundation for all that Trinity does. We continue through prayer, reflection, and online worship when we cannot meet in person. The church building is closed . . . the Church is open! Notice of our plans for worship and outreach during the Coronavirus pandemic is posted on our Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, and on this website.
Trinity is currently being led by our Interim Priest, The Rev. Dr. Judith Lee. She came to Trinity in February 2020. She began ministry as an Intentional Interim in 2015, after serving as a parish priest for 10 years in New Jersey and Western New York. Before being ordained to the priesthood she taught literature at the university level. Her husband, Dale Haidvogel, is a retired oceanographer and their daughter Ilona, son-in-law Tony, and their grandchildren Finn and Daley live in Charlton. I love the infinitely varied signs of grace to be found in parish ministry, and I feel blessed to join with the people of Trinity in their mission and ministry--Sharing the Grace of God, the Light of Christ and the Power of the Holy Spirit, through worship, ministry and fellowship. -- Mother Judith
