First Wednesdays:  Meditation and Movement @ 7:30-8 pm on Zoom
This Wednesday - May 5th
On the first Wednesday of each month Cindi Scrimgeour and Michelle Madden will guide us in 30 minutes of guided meditation, music, and gentle movement.  This spiritual practice is designed for everyone, at any stage of our journey.
